The use of the SnagSavings.com web site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you have the right to avoid shopping with us. Nevertheless SnagSavings.com is obligated to your satisfaction, as a client, and will do every thing in our power to serve you and comply with your wishes.

Digital Delivery / Email:

At SnagSavings.com all Intangible items such as codes or subscription key are referred to as Digital items. Digital items are emailed to the buyers using the email address provided. All digital items are emailed only after payment verification (please see verification section of this page ) . In a case of a fraudulent purchase of a digital item, we have the right to ship the item instead or complete the order completely.

Privacy & Security

At SnagSavings.com, we do not supply your information to any other third party companies. SnagSavings.com will keep your information in our database for further reference. Under no circumstance, we will sell your information to a third party. At SnagSavings.com we use tracking methods such as Google Site stats for the internal and training purposes. We also use tracking of IP address to catch fraudulent payments.

Returns & Replacements

Our return policy covers 15 day return period for all tangible products. There is no refund for any intangible items unless if they are meet under this exception:

If the intangible item is not used or consumed by the buyer. and returned within 15 days after payment.

If the intangible item are credits from an entertainment site the stop shipping or closed within 30 days of your purchase. Read our intangible item purchase guarantee.

For all tangible products unless defective, we will not provide return shipment fee, refund shipping fee, and there will also be 15% charge to process the return.

Ordering

We verify every payment made to us. We have the right call anyone to verify there purchase. If an invalid telephone # is provided, we have the right to cancel order, initiate a refund, or we will process the shipment , and ship to the billing address. In a case of Digital delivery method, we will choose to ship the item to the verified address, if we suspect a fraudulent purchase.

At SnagSavings.com we take verification very seriously. SnagSavings.com performs several procedures to verify every payment we receive. Please do not buy unless you adhere and comply with these verification procedures. Our verification methods is and not limited to :

- Voice Verification by Phone
- Allowed to be contacted by Facebook account,
- IP location

Payment Transaction

We accept all major credit cards; American Express , Visa, and MasterCard. Our credit card processing system is provided by Paypal.

We have the right to review any payments, this is done to insure and protect your financial information and provide legal transactions. Some reviews are subject to cause delays. Any indication of fraudulent payment will be given a refund or we will request a valid shipping address for the item to be shipped.

We have the right to deny any payments that do not provide valid telephone number or address during sign up.

Fraudulent purchases:

SnagSavings.com takes fraudulent purchases with strict enforcements. We collect visitors IP address. IP Address is used for fraudulent determination. Any IP address that does not match with the location of the billing address raises the risk of fraudulent purchase. Any invalid telephone number raises the risk of fraudulent purchase. More than 2 orders made by a single customer within a short time frame will raise the risk of fraudulent purchase. These risk calculating program is installed into our checkout system. All transaction are verified and processed manually. We report all fraudulent transactions to IC3.gov.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, SnagSavings.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund.
